Creme Brulee

creme brlulee
Whipping Cream250ml(add some can)
Sugar(you like less add sugar 30 g )
Egg Yoliks 5pc
liquors 30-40lm(you like liquors)(my book  record  liquors  is Amaretto)
Muscovado 20g
 



1Put egg yoliks and sugar in a mixing bowl.


2Whisk until thick and pale.
3Blend in cream,vanilla essence and amaretto
4Fill ramekins with custard mixture to  4/5 full.Cover whit aluminium foil.
5Bake at 150℃ for 40 minutes in hot water bath.




6Allow to cool and chill for 2 hours.Sprikle with muscovado and retum to oven for another 1-2 minutes
